Raney-Nickel-Electrodes and Cobalt-Oxyde-Electrodes for rechargeable Nickel-Metal-Hydride-Cells
Hydrocell Ltd, Finland (1998-2000)
Between 1998 und the year 2000 we produced gas diffusion electrodes
for developing oxygen out of aqueous caustic potash for the company
"Hydrocell Ltd." They were to be applied in rechargeable nickel-metal-hydride
accumulators.
We delivered electrodes whose activities are similar
to the activity of IrO/FuO-coated expanded metal. Consequently we
were able to reduce costs because there was no more need for precious
metal.
