Shipping and Delivery
Important:
All prices shown are net prices (excluding VAT). Customers in Germany and EU countries without a valid VAT ID will be charged an additional 19% German VAT during checkout.
International Orders
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and carriers and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that we do not declare shipments as gifts or undervalue goods on customs documentation.
If a shipment is returned because import duties, taxes or carrier fees are refused, any refund may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred.
Complete Delivery only
- Orders are shipped only when all items are available.
- Partial shipments are not offered.
- If your order contains products with different lead times, the longest delivery time applies.
