Shipping and Delivery
The prices on the product pages and the following shipping costs are listed without VAT.
For customers within Germany and in EU countries without a VAT ID number, an additional 19% VAT will be charged.
Any local taxes, customs, and administrative fees applicable at the delivery location are not included in the purchase price. These fees will be communicated by the carrier upon delivery, and it is the recipient's responsibility to pay them to the carrier in order to receive the purchase.
We do not mark any shipment as a "gift" or with prices lower than the actual price. These practices violate national and international law.
Orders not delivered due to a refusal to pay taxes and/or customs and administrative fees in the destination country will not be refunded.

Please note that shipping will only occur when all ordered items are in stock. In the event of differing delivery times, the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time applies.
We do not send partial deliveries.

The approximate delivery time stated in our online shop only applies for deliveries within Germany. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.
